Delete My Account

If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data associated with your account on the People Portal (the-recruiter.org), you can do so by following the steps below.

How to request data deletion

Option 1 — Delete directly from your account

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your Profile page
  3. Select "Delete my Profile"

Option 2 — Request via email

If you no longer have access to your account, send an email to privacy@the-recruiter.org with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account

What data will be deleted

Upon receiving your request, we will delete all personal data associated with your account, including but not limited to:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Profile details and uploaded documents
  • Application and assessment records
  • Any data received through third-party login (e.g. Facebook)

Processing time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Important notes

  • Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to your account and all associated information.
  • We may retain certain data where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. tax or employment records), in which case we will inform you.
